Transportation

Types of Transportation Available to Campus
Baltimore-Washington International Airport is 18 miles from campus. Taxis can be hailed outside the airport or limousine service can be used to get to selected hotels in the area. Rental cars are also available. Amtrak trains and Greyhound/Trailways buses also serve Baltimore. MARC train service is available from Washington, D.C. and surrounding communities.

Driving Instructions to Campus
From I-95 S., exit to I-695 toward Towson, then take Exit 25 (Charles St.). Travel south on Charles St. for approximately 5 miles, then turn left onto campus. From I-83, exit onto Cold Spring Lane east and continue to the intersection with Charles St. Turn left on Charles St., then turn right onto campus.

Local Accommodations
The Double Inn at the Colonnade (4 W. University Pkwy.; 410-235-5400) is a small hotel located only minutes from campus. Also consider the Sheraton Baltimore (903 Dulaney Valley Rd., Towson; 410-321-7400). It has a pool, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and two restaurants. Ask for the special college visitor rate.
