Course Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your self-paced course for any reason, you must request a cancellation within 48 hours of initial purchase.

Materials
All students will receive a full set of physical materials within 5 – 10 business days. Please Note: No materials will be shipped for GRE as all your materials are now available online.

Course Access
Online access begins immediately upon purchase. You will have online access to program for 120 days.

How To Login
In order to log into your portal please click “SIGN IN” and use your email address as a username and the password you created when you registered. Once in your account, click on STUDENT TOOLS and LAUNCH your prep.
If you have not yet created a student profile or registered, click REGISTER in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Register with your email address and choose a password.

Complete Computer Compataiblity Check
Once logged in, please ensure that your computer meets the minimum requirements. If you see a pink message in the top right hand corner of your Dashboard, click Get Details and follow the onscreen steps if necessary.

Begin Prep
Within the MY ONLINE CONTENT tab holds the heart of your program. This is where you will be able to find the tests/drills etc. You will have access to the program through the date listed to the right of My Online Content.
