SAT Night Live Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SAT NIGHT LIVE GIVEAWAY (“GIVEAWAY”).
ENTRANTS UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN HIS/HER STATE OF RESIDENCE MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IN ORDER TO ENTER. A PRIZE WON BY A MINOR IN HIS OR HER LEGAL JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCY WILL BE AWARDED IN THE NAME OF SAID MINOR’S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are fourteen (14) years of age or older and who have a Facebook account. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible. The Giveaway shall be subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, local laws and regulations and these Official Rules and by entering, all entrants agree that they have read these Official Rules, the Facebook terms and policies, and agree to abide by and to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, Facebook Terms and Policies and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible.
2. ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 13, 2018 and ends at 11:00pm EST on November 19, 2018. Sponsor’s computer system shall be the official time-keeping device for online entries.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter this Giveaway, each person (or “Entrant”) must be a registered member/user of Facebook.com (“Facebook”). Registration is free and can be obtained by visiting Facebook’s website and filling out the required information to obtain an account (“Account”). Once a registered member, to enter during the Entry Period: (a) Entrant must log into his/her Account during the Entry Period, (b) find the Giveaway post on The Princeton Review - High School’s Facebook page (“Post”), and (c) and ‘like’ the Giveaway post to receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway (“Entry”).
Limit one (1) Entry per Account (regardless of whether one (1) person has more than one (1) Account or more than one (1) person uses the same Account) for the duration of the Entry Period. All Entries must be received by 11:00pm EST on November 19, 2018 to be eligible to win. Any attempts by an Entrant to submit more than one (1) Entry total may result in such Entrant being disqualified.
Any attempt by any Entrant to enter by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Account from which the Entry was submitted. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address used to create the Account associated with an Entry, by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with relevant e-mail address. No automatically generated Entries will be accepted.
4. PRIZES (50): Fifty (50) winners will each receive a $10.00 Amazon.com Gift Card*. Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $500.00. Limit one prize awarded per Account. The winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. If the winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, the prize may be awarded to winner’s parent or legal guardian on their behalf. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about November 20, 2018, Sponsor will select 50 entries at random from all among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. An entry is an eligible entry if the entrant has followed this Official Rules. Age and legal residency of the US 50 states and DC will be verified. The return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Following the end of the Entry Period each potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will receive notification from Sponsor by direct message on Facebook. It is each Entrant’s responsibility to timely check his/her Account for any notifications and/or messages from Sponsor and to ensure that Entrant’s Account settings allow Entrant to receive notifications and/or messages from Sponsor. The Potential Winner will be required to be in contact with Sponsor, after receiving the initial notification within seventy-two (72) hours to begin the Winner verification process. The Potential Winner (or Potential Winner’s parent/legal guardian if the Potential Winner is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence) must meet all eligibility requirements and may be required to provide proof of U.S. residency, sign an affidavit of eligibility, and publicity and liability release or such other documents as Sponsor deems necessary, in their sole discretion (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”), each of which must be completed, signed and returned to Sponsor or the Prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner, time permitting. If any Prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner. By accepting the Prize, Winner (or Winner’s parent/legal guardian if Winner is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence) represents and warrants they are in compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period.The Sponsor will post the name of the winner on Sponsor’s social media accounts.
7. GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant (and if Entrant is considered a minor in his/her state of residence, then the parent or legal guardian of Entrant) grants Sponsor and its affiliates, (collectively, the “Released Entities”) the right to use, publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit, and create derivative of the Entrant’s name or social media handle, throughout the universe, in all media and formats, whether now known or later developed, for commercial purposes and any other purposes including, without limitation, advertising and promotion, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
8. PRIVACY POLICIES AND DATA COLLECTIONS: Information provided by Entrant for this Giveaway during the entry process is subject to Facebook’s privacy policy located at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php as well as Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://stg-www.princetonreview.com/privacy. By entering this Giveaway, each Entrant agrees that the Sponsor has the right to contact the Entrant via the Account used to post the Entry in order to administer and fulfill this Giveaway. Additionally, any information provided to Sponsor in the connection with the Giveaway, including email address, may be used for Sponsor’s internal purposes and to send entrants information about Sponsor's products and special promotions and may be shared with Sponsor’ affiliates or third parties.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook is a registered trademark.
9. GENERAL: By entering Giveaway, Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the eligible entries in this Giveaway. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the online portion of this Giveaway at its discretion.
10. WINNERS' LIST: The names of the confirmed Prize Winners will be posted on Facebook. To obtain the name of the Prize Winner or for a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Princeton Review SAT Night Live Giveaway Winners, c/o The Princeton Review, 110 E. 42nd Street, 7th floor, New York, NY 10017. Please specify “Official Rules” or “Winners List” on the front the envelope. VT residents need not include return postage for Official Rules requests.
