BY PARTICIPATING IN THE STONY BROOK UNIVERSITY BTS GIVEAWAY ("GIVEAWAY"), PARTICIPANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: Stony Brook University BTS Giveaway (“Giveaway”) starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 22, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2017 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to current students and alumni of Stony Brook University, who are residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico and who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children and those living in the same households) of Co-sponsors and, their affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, legal, advertising, public relations, promotional and marketing agencies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period. You may only enter once.

• (1) Visit one of the Stony Brook University and TPR events and fill out a TPR prospect card.
• (2) Submit your information via www.princetonreview.com/stonybrook.
• (3) or by mail-in (see below).

One (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All eligible entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. October 31, 2017 to be eligible for the random drawing on or about November 9, 2017. Multiple entries from any person will result in all of the person’s entries being voided. Anyone found to use multiple email accounts to enter will be ineligible.

Mail-in option: To enter without Internet access or without submitting information, you need to handwrite your name, complete address and phone number on a postcard and mail to: The Princeton Review, c/o Stony Brook University BTS Giveaway, 110 East 42nd St., Suite 700, New York, NY 10017. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2017. Limit one (1) entry per person. Co-sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible and/or incomplete entries due to mail delivery service, computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Any entry that is submitted with the use of an automated device will be void. All entries become the property of the co-sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Unreadable, inaccurate, unintelligible, or Entries which otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

4. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a one-time promo code to register for a free self-pace course offered by The Princeton Review (GRE, GMAT, LSAT, or MCAT). The total ARV is up to $1,999.00 depending course chosen. The promo code expires February 16, 2018. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of any prize permitted. In the event a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about November 9, 2017, the Sponsor will select the winner at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor will email the winners on the email provided when Entrant submitted information or by mail. Following notification, the winner’s name will be posted on Sponsor’s Facebook pages.

7. INTERNET: If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading any materials in this Giveaway. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCOMPATIBILITY OF ENTRANT'S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY WITH SPONSOR'S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHERREMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an email account, the winning entry will be declared by the "Authorized Account Holder" of such account at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an account by the company or organization that is responsible for assigning the account. Sponsors may ask any entrant or potential winner to provide Sponsor with proof that such party is the authorized account holder of the account associated with the entry.

8. GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering the Giveaway, each entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and their respective affiliates, (collectively, the “Released Entities”) the right to use the entrant’s name, likeness, biographical information, and/or image, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all media and formats, whether now known or later developed, for commercial purposes and any other purposes (including, without limitation, advertising and promotion, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Further Entrant irrevocably grants the Co-sponsors and its affiliates a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit, create derivative works based on or otherwise use the entrants testimonials, comments and image or photo, in whole or in part, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all media and formats, whether now or later known or developed (including without limitation on Co-sponsors’ websites and social media channels), for commercial purposes and any other purposes (including, without limitation, advertising and promotion), without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. USE OF INFORMATION: The information that you provide in connection with the Giveaway may be used for Sponsor’s internal purposes and to send you marketing information about Sponsor’s products and special promotions and may be shared with Sponsor’s affiliates or third parties. 10. RELEASE: Winner will be notified by email or mail within one (1) business day after prize winner is determined. The Winner may be required to execute and return a Prize Verification Form and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by Law) to the Sponsor within three (3) days of notification. If the selected Winner is not an eligible entry, fails to comply with the Official Rules and/or to submit any required documentation within the designated period, or declines the Prize for any reason, that winner will be disqualified and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsors are not responsible for any change to Entrant’s email, mailing address and/or telephone number.

11. GENERAL: By entering Giveaway, Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold TPR Education, LLC, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply. In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Giveaway, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Giveaway is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’ control (each a "Force Majeure" event) the Sponsor shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in their discretion, elect to abbreviate, cancel or terminate the Giveaway as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserve the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.

12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York, and the law of New York shall govern such disputes.
