About Leah

Education:

Bachelors, Psychology, Washington University in St. Louis

Subject Specialities:

ACT

Bio:

Though her career has included posts in public relations, communications, teaching, and management, the two aspects that define Leah Murnane’s work are a commitment to continued education and a desire to help others. As a tutor, Leah aims to relieve her students’ stress regarding standardized tests and college admissions. By demystifying the process and bringing a little humor to a difficult task, she lightens the load for high schoolers and their families. Leah’s commitment to her work goes far beyond the length of her tutorials, as she often contacts her former students to check in and loves hearing their success stories (such as being accepted to Ivy League and top-tier institutions). Leah has brought her copyediting expertise to The Princeton Review’s content development team and currently serves as the company's Market Director for New York and Connecticut. Prior to her work with The Princeton Review, she served as Director of Communications and External Relations for the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University, where she worked with students, faculty, administrators, alumni, and parents. Leah holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She loves the outdoors, entertaining, bargain hunting, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
