Inside the classroom, MBA candidates are greeted by professors who are “approachable and easily accessible.” What’s more, it’s quite evident that they are “very invested in truly knowing their students and helping them succeed.” They also have a lot of professional experience from which students can greatly benefit. As a second-year MBA explains, “Most [professors] do significant consulting on the side and can bring in fabulous guest speakers, take us on company site visits, or apply a real world case to the topic.” Lastly, the “administration has open door policies that actually mean something, and they go out of their way to keep constantly improving.” And a grateful first-year adds, “They lead trips, host book clubs, and frequently walk around common areas just to see what we’re up to. It really feels like a family.”

Additionally MBA candidates insist that Emory is a “very fun place to be.” After all, “networking and being involved with more than academics is highly encouraged.” As a first-year student interjects, “KEGS on Thursdays (Keeping Everyone at Goizueta Social) is the highlight of everyone’s week. It’s the perfect time to have a beer, relax, and catch up with friends after a stressful week.” And an impressed second-year shares, “Last week alone we had a women’s networking event, our fifty days till graduation party and a holi festival. There are always many things to do on top of your studies and classmates truly take advantage of what Emory and the Atlanta environment have to offer.”
