All but two buildings in the academic area of Wright State's campus are connected by weatherproof tunnels, making Wright State one of the most accessible campuses in the nation—No. 1 in the world among university tunnel systems according to

The
University Libraries include the Paul Laurence Dunbar Library, the Lake Campus Library and Technology Center, the Student Technology Assistance Center (STAC), the Charles and Renate Frydman Educational Resource Center, and Special Collections and Archives.
Wright State University's
Nutter Center is Dayton's premier sports and entertainment venue. The 11,200-seat arena is the official home of the NCAA Division I Wright State University men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball programs. It's a stopping point for national touring concerts and performances, including musicians from every genre, comedians, and worldrenowned family shows.
The
Tom Hanks Center for Motion Pictures, dedicated in 2016, is home to an award-winning motion pictures program. It houses a production studio, editing suites, a multipurpose classroom, a digital animation lab, and even a "green room" that serves as a lounge as well as a think tank where students can develop future film projects.
The
Student Success Center, which opened in 2015, hosts the university's tutoring spaces, the University Writing Center and Math Studio, a 225-seat auditorium, and four active learning classrooms with laptops at every station. The
Neuroscience Engineering Collaboration (NEC) Building, which also opened in 2015, houses the collective brainpower of 30 top neuroscientist, engineers, clinicians, and their teams for pioneering research and medical breakthroughs.
The
Veteran and Military Center (VMC) serves Wright State's population of student veterans, guard/reservists, active duty and military-connected individuals. The VMC Student Center provides a USO-like atmosphere for military-connected individuals to recharge with a cup of coffee, free printing, or to study with peers in one of the private study rooms.
