A minimum of 90 semester credit hours (a baccalaureate is strongly recommended) with at least 8 hours of biology, 8 hours of physics, 8 hours of organic and 8 hours of inorganic chemistry. Additionally, for Puerto Rican applicants we require 12 hours in social sciences.
The UAG School of Medicine has two entering classes – one in January and one in August. We have a rolling admissions policy that allows us to receive applications year round. Interviews can be conducted in Guadalajara, Puerto Rico, Albany – New York or at our main office in San Antonio, Texas.
