I started confused on what I wanted help with. Kyle, did not give up on me and kept asking the right questions for me to understand what my assignment was. He has been a great help and made me realize what I lacked in my writing.

My tutor was very thorough and even checked if I understood everything.

This was my first time using this service and I absolutely loved it. It was so helpful and I fell so much better about my work.

please increase how much time we are able to use this tutor service.

I don't think it is the tourers' fault that the work makes no sense, and they try their as best to explain it but does not always make sense. this is in general

When I first connected to the online tutoring service tonight, it took more than 10 minutes to connect me to a tutor. By the time I got connected, I was so busy with working on my assignment that the previous tutor disconnected me because of inactivity. I reconnected a second time, and the connection to a tutor was much quicker. I appreciate this service even with the small hiccups that it goes through every now and then. One thing I'd recommend is having a quicker connection rate to tutors in the evening so that I can get the help I need and not get disconnected and have to reconnect a second time to get help. On a different note, the second tutor that I worked with helped me fix my thesis statement from an introduction paragraph to a sentence long. He then also gave me plenty of suggestions and advice on what I could do about the explanation of the articles I'm using for this essay. He told me that the explanation section is more about if the articles failed/passed at providing evidence through rhetorical elements and other ways to convince me, the reader of their point of view. Thanks again for all your help and for the hard work you guys go through to maintain this service for students and make it free for use!

This guy was great. They communicated their thoughts well and although I gave him full permission in the instructions to tear my essay apart, he was still constructive while suggesting revisions. He gave examples and that was highly appreciated. Thanks!
