Jim, my tutor, misread the problem originally so when I was questioning him, he seemed like he was being a little rude, but he was able to help once he figured out what the problem was asking. Though it was a little frustrating that he was a bit rude telling me to just listen, he was able to help me by the end and I am so glad that I was able to get the help!
