Career Experience
I am currently a junior in college. Throughout the last two years, I have had experience in both in-person and online college classwork. Though I must admit that it was difficult at first, I am very lucky that I was able to learn a lot about how to study and keep up with assignments in college as well as some knowledge through college coursework. Over the past two years, I have been fortunate enough to teach and tutor some of my friends through physics, calculus, and statistics. I would like to use what I have learned thus far to guide other students.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love to see the understanding and growth of students throughout the process. Learning and learning how to learn (metacognition) is a process unto itself. I still remember struggling with fast-paced learning and metacognition in the past. Thankfully, some of my student and faculty mentors helped me effectively learn then. Now I would like to teach other students this process as well, so they can go on to do amazing things!
