Career Experience
During my undergraduate time I was a paid physics/math tutor at my university's library. I have been attending graduate school since 2015, and I'm currently a research assistant in an atomic, molecular, and optical (AMO) physics laboratory. I frequently volunteer at the physics department's Physics Learning Center (PLC) to help with Intro Physics I / II.
I Love Tutoring Because
it has been the best way for me to test my knowledge in physics, learn effective ways to convey that knowledge to others, and to relieve the stress/frustration that folks may feel when tackling physics problems. I remember what it was like, and I want to do my very best to give people the help they need to succeed. Physics is very rewarding once you find a way forward.
